Annual Tailgate Party

The Highland Adult Athletic Booster Club (HAABC) will be hosting our 27th Annual Tailgate Party in August of 2020!   The event will be held on the Highland High School varsity baseball field prior to our first home football game. The event will begin at 4:00pm and run until 6:30pm, just prior to the start of the football game.

We are inviting you to participate in a wonderful fundraising opportunity that supports all athletic programs at Highland – and we are extending you the opportunity to raise funds for your specific organization here at our event. The HAABC will do our best to provide a table and 2 chairs for your group to setup a display and/or sell your product(s). Any profits made are yours to keep. As we don’t always know how many tables the school will be able to provide from year to year, we would ask that you bring a table with you just in case (you may not even need to get it out of your car).

All activities or sales at your booth must be approved by the HAABC board of directors prior to August 1. We simply ask that you fill out the below form and include as much detail as possible. Applications will be accepted from repeat vendors first and then on a first come first serve basis in order to eliminate duplicate sales. Highland school organizations/groups will be accepted as vendors at no charge. Outside vendors and any direct sales vendors may be considered for a fee.

Food or beverage sales will likely be denied since one of the HAABC’s primary sources of fundraising is through their own food and beverage sales. The HAABC board has the right to reject your fundraising activity or group. You will be contacted if that is the case. Applications will be accepted through August 1.

This is one of our largest fundraisers. We are expecting more than 1,000 guests to attend this event making it a wonderful fundraising opportunity for all of Highland athletics. Take a look at how we did things last year if you need ideas.
